1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SupaFlip ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SupaFlip is a mobile application that allows users to record audio and video, reverse playback, apply effects, and share content. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.
3. User Responsibilities
By using SupaFlip, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not create content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Not create or share content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
- Not use the App to harass, bully, or harm others
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using SupaFlip. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. We do not monitor or control user-generated content.
By sharing content created with SupaFlip, you represent that you have the right to share such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Premium Subscription
SupaFlip offers premium subscriptions that provide access to additional features. Subscription options include monthly and annual plans.
5.2 Billing
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
5.3 Free Trial
If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon subscription purchase.
5.4 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to their refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by BySupa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
7. Privacy
Your use of SupaFlip is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We are not responsible for:
- Content created or shared by users
- Any damages resulting from your use of the App
- Third-party services integrated with the App
- Loss of data or content
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BYSUPA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other means.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
